4. Council Referral - PD-1-2008 request by Thomas Cline of Tam O=Shanter to amend the existing Planned Development to build out the area between Rink One and the Field House, at 7060 Sylvania Avenue, Sylvania. Request deferred to a future date at the request of the applicant.
