Zoning Ordinance Amendment Petition PD-2-3005 and ZA-ZA-1-2005, northwest corner of Sylvania-Metamora and Centennial, continued from the March 6 Council meeting - applicant’s request to further continue action until the April 3 Council meeting; and picture of Yeates property at 6015 Centennial, adjacent to the project.
8. Zoning Ordinance Amendment Petition PD-1-2006, northwest corner of Whiteford and McGregor, continued from the March 6 Council meeting - proposed Ordinance 16-2006, approving the Planning Commission’s recommendation with certain modifications.
9. Proposed Ordinance 10-2006, approving the annual operating budget.

12. Proposed Ordinance 19-2006, authorizing an agreement with the Ohio Department of Transportation relative to the rehabilitation of the Main Street bridge over Ten Mile Creek
13. Proposed Ordinance 20-2006, entering into a Prisoner Transport Agreement with the Lucas County Sheriff on behalf of Sylvania Municipal Court, for the transportation of pre-trial detainees and other inmates from the Lucas Co. Corrections Center to the court.

14. Proposed Ordinance 21-2006, entering into a 3 year Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Sylvania Municipal Employees Association (SMEA).
15. Proposed Ordinance 22-2006, entering into a 3 year Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge No. 129, on behalf of the patrolmen.
16. Proposed Ordinance 23-2006, entering into a 3 year Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Sylvania Police Telecommunicators.
