8.         Proposed Ordinance 63-2006, authorizing an agreement with Compmanagement, Inc. for consulting services with respect to Workers= Compensation.

 

9.         Proposed Resolution 14-2006, commending Northview Senior Lisa Johnson.

 

10.       Proposed Resolution 15-2006, declaring the necessity of lighting the streets, and the basis for the property owners= share of the cost.  

 

11.       Request to vacate a portion of right-of-way on Kinsman Drive; for referral to the Planning Commission.

 

12.       The Planning Commission=s recommendation of zoning ordinance amendment no. ZA-3-2006, property at Sylvania and Franklin Drives; the public hearing has been previously set for July 17, 2006, 7:00 p.m.

 


13.       The Planning Commission=s recommendation for PD-2-2006, Brint and McCord (former school bus property); set the public hearing date and authorize the clerk to advertise for same.  (August 21 is the earliest date of a regularly scheduled Council meeting that the hearing can be held.)

 

14.       Authorize the clerk to advertise for bids for the Sylvania/Vicksburg traffic light.

 

15.       Discussion on community standards legislation.
