b. proposed Ordinance 110-2006, approving Change Order No. 1 (Final).

7. ZA-5-2006 and SUP-6-2006, both petitions for property at Alexis between Rudyard and Roan;

a. the Planning Commission=s recommendation for ZA-5-2006;

b. the Planning Commission=s recommendation for SUP-6-2006; and,

c. set the public hearing date. Note: the earliest date on a regular Council meeting night

is February 5.
