5. Proposed Ordinance 26-2007, approving the amendment to the planned development of the Flower Hospital campus, with certain modifications.

6. Report on the establishment of a City Fire Department;

a. Kramer & Associates proposal;

b. discussion on the existing fire levies; and,

c. distribution of Fire Department assets.

7. Building code;

a. proposed Ordinance 27-2007, amending Chapter 1305 of the Sylvania Codified

Ordinances; and,

b. proposed Ordinance 28-2007, authorizing the certification of Lucas County for

enforcement of the Residential Code of Ohio for the City.

8. Annual providing ordinances for the maintenance assessments;

a. proposed Ordinance 29-2007, providing for the ditch maintenance and providing for the assessment of same; and,

b. proposed Ordinance 30-2007, providing for tree control and providing for the

assessment of same.

9. Fees for collecting delinquent taxes;

a. Tax Commissioner=s report; and,

b. proposed Ordinance 31-2007, amending Chapter 171 of the Codified Ordinances by

amending Section 171.11 - Collection of Unpaid Taxes and Refunds of Overpayments.

10. Donation of surplus computer equipment to the Whitehouse library.

11. Service Director=s request to authorize the clerk to advertise for bids for the Franciscan, Clare and Kinsman improvements.
