5. Proposed Ordinance 38-2007, authorizing the expenditure of $1,000 to support the Sylvania Chamber of Commerce Arts and Crafts Festival.

6. Proposed Ordinance 39-2007, amending Chapter 1325 of the Codified Ordinances by requiring all swimming pools with a water level greater than 18 inches to be enclosed by a fence at least four feet high.

7. Proposed Ordinance 40-2007, appropriating $402,855 for the in-house portion of the Pavement Maintenance Program.

8. Franciscan, Clare and Kinsman improvements;

a. the Service Director=s report on the bids; and,

b. proposed Ordinance 41-2007, accepting the bid of PHC, Inc. in the amount of

$253,034.90.

9. County Engineer=s report on the Brint Road speed limit (.5 mile west to .25 mile east of

King Road) - for referral to the Safety Committee.
