8.         Proposed Ordinance 49-2007, approve change order no. 1 to the Gerken Paving agreement for the Monroe Street improvement project.

 

9.         Proposed Resolution 6-2007, declaring the necessity of lighting the streets, and determining the basis for the property owners= share of the cost and annual assessment.

 

10.       Service Director=s report on de-icing salt for the 2007-2008 season; and authorize the clerk to advertise for bids.

 

11.       Zoning Ordinance Amendment application No. ZA-2-2007, zoning change request for 5543 Alexis Road; refer to the Municipal Planning Commission.

 


12.       Zoning Ordinance Amendment application No. SUP-2-2007, request to amend the special use of the Kroger Fuel Center, 7549 Sylvania Avenue, to allow for the addition of an underground tank, kiosk, and canopy; for referral to the Municipal Planning Commission.
