4. Approval of the meeting minutes;

a. regular meeting on June 18; and,

b. special meeting on July 9.

5. Sylvania Avenue speed limit;

a. County Engineer=s office to give an update on the traffic study; and,

b. final reading of proposed Ordinance 53-2007.

6. Proposed Ordinance 62-2007, accepting the proposal of Feller, Finch & Associates to provide professional engineering design services for the detention pond/Lathrop House project in the amount of $16,000.

7. Woodland Lane improvements;

a. Service Director=s recommendation; and,

b. proposed Ordinance 63-2007, accepting the proposal of NCI to provide professional

design services in the amount of $28,855.

8. Planning Commission=s recommendation for ZA-3-2007, zoning change request for 5714 Glasgow, and 6055 and 6061 Cameron Road. Note: the public hearing has been set for 7:00 p.m. on August 20.

9. Initiative petition;

a. receipt for filing Resolution No. 10-2007 with the Board of Elections; and,

b. report from the Law Director.
