5. Levy issues;
a. John Cleveland, Sylvania branch of the Toledo-Lucas County Library, will discuss the
five year, 2 mill library replacement levy; and,
b. Jim Gee, TARTA, requests support of the 1.5 mill 10 year TARTA replacement levy.
6. Lathrop House utilities;
a. Service Director=s report; and,
b. proposed Ordinance 87-2007, accepting the proposal of Feller, Finch & Assoc. to
provide professional surveying and design engineering services in the amount of
$16,500.
7. Centennial and Erie traffic signals;
a. Service Director=s report; and,
b. proposed Ordinance 88-2007, accepting the proposal of Path Master, Inc. to provide
materials for the traffic signals in the amount of $23,387.
8. Proposed Resolution 14-2007, amending the amounts and rates as determined by the Lucas County Budget Commission.
9. Confirmation of Mayor Stough=s appointment of Barbara Conover to the Toledo-Lucas County Board of Health.
10. Authorize the clerk to advertise for a storm water hearing.
