8. Authorize the clerk to advertise for bids for a rear loading refuse packer body for the Division of Parks & Forestry.

9. Confirmation of Mayor Stough=s re-appointment of Karen Smith to the Zoning Board of Appeals.

10. Petition for vacation of a portion of Twain Drive in the City of Sylvania; for referral to the Planning Commission.
