6.         Ordinance No. 36-2008 Amending Chapter 1101 of the Sylvania Codified Ordinances by amending Section 503.02 - Definition of Litter, and declaring an emergency.

 

7.         Ordinance No. 37-2008 Amending Chapter 1101 of the Sylvania Codified Ordinances by amending Section 941.06 - Location of Containers, and declaring an emergency.

 

8.         Ordinance No. 38-2008 Amending Part One - Administrative Code of the Sylvania Codified Ordinances by adding Chapter 163 - Civil Infractions, and declaring an emergency.

 

9.         Zoning ordinance amendment petition no. ZA-1-2008, zoning change request on Skelly Rd., just south of the corner of Monroe and Skelly;

a.  Planning Commission=s recommendation; and,

b.  set the public hearing date and time, and authorize the clerk to advertise for same.         Note: the earliest date is June 2.

 

10.       Zoning ordinance amendment petition no. SUP-2-2008, request from Highland Meadows Golf Club to add a covered patio, and a pool deck;

a.  Planning Commission=s recommendation; and,

b.  the public hearing was previously set for May 19, 7:15 p.m.

A.        Notice of the May 5 Buildings & Grounds Committee meeting at 6:00 regarding Sylvan Pool.

 

B.        Letter withdrawing the request to vacate a portion of Twain between 5425 Rudyard and Whetstone Park.  The May 5 public hearing set for 7:15 p.m. is canceled.
