Keith Haddad is President of Sylvania City Council and Chair of Council's Finance Committee. He is also a member of the Council's Utilities & Environment, Parks & Forestry, Employee & Community Relations,  and Building & Grounds Committees. Mr. Haddad's term expires December 31, 2011.
