A: To establish service, please fill out our “New Utilities Request Form” online.

Q: How can I send a bill to my renter?

A: The owner of a property may fill out paperwork authorizing the Utility Department to send a bill to someone other than themselves. The owner is still the ultimate responsible party for any charges.

Q: Are the readings on my bill actual or estimated?

A: Our meter readings program is designed to provide actual readings for each billing cycle. In rare cases, a bill may be estimated because of inability to read the meter.

A: No water charges will be adjusted for a leak; however, if you are a sewer customer, charges above your normal use may be eligible for adjustment.
